What is the course like?
The WAR is tough and challenging for all fitness levels. The 5k WAR includes most of the obstacles from the 10k WAR but the route is shorter. The 20k & 10k WAR will test you to your limits!
How fit do I need to be?
This depends on how quickly you want to complete the course. If you are unsure of your fitness we recommend the 5k route, and you can run or walk the distance. We would recommend that you have run 2 miles before at some point. The 10k course is a lot tougher than the 5k and you must be fit to run this race!
What if I can’t get over the obstacles?
All of our obstacles are manned with instructor to give you a little hand if needed. If you don’t want to or unable to complete an obstacle, you can simply go around it.
What do I need to bring with me on race day?
On the day you’ll need to bring your confirmation email with you, suitable clothing and footwear to run the race and we also recommend bringing a change of clothes and a towel as you’re going to get wet and muddy!
